Login Problems

If you are having problems logging onto the members area with Internet Explorer you will need to check the following:-

1. Are you accepting cookies?
You need to make sure you are accepting cookies, especially from www.stevemoyle.co.uk as this is where the members area is hosted.

2. You need to make sure you have enabled "Access data sources across domains" to enable this:-
Open Internet Explorer

Click Tools, then click Internet Options



Click the security tab, click on the Custom settings



Scroll down to the Miscellaneous part
Either click Enable or Prompt beside "Access data sources across domains"




Alternatively you can access the login page from this address http://www.stevemoyle.co.uk/ghostsearch/members/login.asp

If you are still having problems or do not use Internet Explorer please send an email to members@ghostsearchuk.co.uk and include your browser details and what error (if any) is displayed or what happens when you click login.
