Login Problems

If you are having problems logging onto the members area with Internet Explorer you will need to check the following:-

1. Are you accepting cookies?
You need to make sure you are accepting cookies, especially from www.stevemoyle.co.uk as this is where the members area is hosted.

2. You need to add www.stevemoyle.co.uk and www.members.ghostsearchuk.co.uk to your trusted sites to enable this please follow these instructions:-
This guide covers all versions of Internet Explorer, however the screen shots are taken from IE8 on Vista

• Open Internet Explorer
• Click Tools
• Click Internet Options
  
  
• Click Security Tab
  
  
• Click on the green arrow (tick) "Trusted Sites"
• Click on the Sites button
• Un-tick the "Require Server Verification" checkbox
  
  
• In the sites box type http://www.members.ghostsearchuk.co.uk/ and click add
  
  
• In the sites box type http://www.stevemoyle.co.uk/ and click add click add
  
  
• Click Close
  
  
• Click OK
• Close Internet Explorer
• Re-open Internet Explorer
• Go to http://www.members.ghostsearchuk.co.uk
• Press and hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard and press F5 on the keyboard (nothing noticeable will happen)
• Enter your email address and password and click Login

You should now be looking at the Member pages or Inner Circle pages.

If you are still having problems or do not use Internet Explorer please send an email to members@ghostsearchuk.co.uk and include your browser details and what error (if any) is displayed or what happens when you click login.
